We refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. Usually 1 in 200 orders arrive damaged.
All orders are shipped by freight and carefully shrunk wrapped on a pallet.
All orders include lift gate delivery.
The freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment on all orders.

If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we will contact the manufacturer to either replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire unit.
