- All orders are shipped by freight and carefully shrunk wrapped on a pallet.
- All orders include lift gate delivery.
- The freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment on all orders.

- If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we will contact the manufacturer to either replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire unit.
