Shipping Damages

  • We refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. Usually 1 in 200 orders arrive damaged.
  • All orders are shipped by freight and carefully shrunk wrapped on a pallet.
  • All orders include lift gate delivery with 24 hour notice.
  • The freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment on all orders.
  • After delivery, open all packages, fully inspect the product for any concealed damage or missing items within 48 hours. Please report any problems to at (714) 771-0250 or email us at  within 48 hours.
  • If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we will contact the manufacturer to either replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire unit.
